At Michael & Claire London, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, if for any reason you wish to return an item, please carefully review our return policy below.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions apply:

  • Items may only be registered for return after they have been physically received.

  • Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, in their original condition with all labels and tags still attached.

  • Trying on items is permitted, but items may not be worn beyond fitting purposes.

  • Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Process

Please follow the steps below to complete your return:

  1. Contact us at info@michaelclairelondon.com within 14 days of receiving your order to register your return request.

  2. Once approved, you will receive the return address of our supplier.

  3. The item must be shipped back at your own expense, including any applicable customs duties or international shipping costs.

  4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with track & trace, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, and approved for compliance with our return conditions, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Liability & Address Responsibility

  • Michael & Claire London is not responsible for lost packages if tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.

Failure to provide accurate address information may result in additional shipping costs or non-delivery, for which we cannot be held liable.
